Four focused programmes — speed, endurance, power and recovery — written by Coach Carly for athletes aged 7 to 18 in the 60m, 80m, 100m and 200m.

SPEED

Pure Speed

Ages 7 — 18

8 weeks

3 sessions/week

The foundation of every sprinter. Pure Speed focuses on the mechanics of acceleration, drive phase optimisation, and reaching top-end velocity. Ideal for athletes targeting the 60m and 100m.

Speed Endurance

Ages 7 — 18

4 sessions/week

Built for the 200m specialist. Speed Endurance develops the ability to hold top-end speed deeper into the race through lactate tolerance work, structured tempo runs and curve running technique.

Explosive Power

More force into the ground equals more speed out. Explosive Power develops the strength and power qualities that turn good sprinters into great ones — age-appropriate plyometrics and resistance training for every age group.

Recovery & Mobility

Ages 7 — 18

Daily protocols

Speed is built between sessions. Recovery & Mobility teaches young athletes how to recover smart — mobility flows, soft tissue routines and warm-up / cool-down protocols that keep them on the track and out of the physio room.

Can I combine programmes?

Yes. Most athletes pair Pure Speed or Speed Endurance with Recovery & Mobility for a complete plan.

Do I need access to a track?

A track is ideal for the sprint-specific work. Power and Recovery programmes can be done at home or in a gym.

How do I pay?

EFT and cash payments accepted. Banking details are shared after enrolment.
